• Buildingstars is responsible for the bidding and sales process
• Buildingstars manages the day-to-day operations with the client
• Buildingstars oversees the invoicing, billing and collections
• You perform the scheduled services within the scope of work as outlined in the cleaning schedule
• Your business will grow based on the success with your initial accounts

• Valid driver's license
• Clear criminal background and social security check
• Must have current liability and workers compensation insurance meeting our customers' requirements. Coverage under the Buildingstars policy may be an option.

• Ability to transport yourself to client sites
