Provide support and participate in activities related to the company’s Strategic Plan and Quality Management System,such as planning, implementations, monitoring, and improvements. These include the alignment with all aspects ofthe organization’s strategic plan, vision, mission, and quality policy. Also participate following up the execution of strategies, monitoring Key Performance Indicators, and supporting the business areas with the development of their operational plans.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (Other duties may be assigned)
  • Perform activities for the maintenance and administration of documentation, company projects, modeling and mapping business processes, to keep the information up to date.
  • Collaborate in the creation of the business areas annual operational plans as based on the Strategic Plan of the Corporation.
  • Propose changes and adjustments to the initiatives defined on the Strategic Plan of the Corporation as impacted by the sole shareholder’s Strategic Objectives.
  • Contribute to projects related to quality, strategic planning, and annual goals.
  • Monitor progress of the operational and strategic initiatives, and prepare reports on the periodic progress results towards the desired goals.
  • Participate in, and carry out activities for the analysis and administration of risks and best practices, and propose alternative solutions for the implementation of process controls.
  • Review and analyze the core and support processes to determine its efficiency and identify weaknesses and improvement opportunities.
  • Collaborate in activities for measuring the performance and effectiveness of business processes, internal and external quality audits, and compliance with audit findings.
  • Prepare, review, and update presentations and communication materials to disseminate the goals, benefits, and achievements of the company’s Quality Management System.
  • Contribute and participate in special assignments geared to promote a culture of quality, continuous improvement and risk management, through workshops, training programs, and other efforts.
  • Assist employees with the understanding and implementation of metrics to measure progress towards the achievement of the strategic objectives of the Corporation.
  • Participate in conferences, seminars, and other forums to improve existing work knowledge.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
  • Minimum two years of experience in the quality field, project management, strategic planning, dataanalytics and/or related field.
Qualifications
  • Honesty, trustworthiness, integrity, and dependability.
  • Math Ability – Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical analysis;
    Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
  • Reasoning Ability – Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
  • Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
Requirements
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Science, Mathematics, Technology, Engineering, or similar field.

Travel:

  • 5% - 20% of the time in the United States, Mexico, or as required.

Language:

  • Fluent in English and Spanish;
    Speak, read, and write.

Special requirements:

  • Understanding of Quality Processes, Process Controls, Internal Controls, Risk Management and Strategic Planning.
  • Computer Skills and Proficiency in Microsoft Office (advanced level in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
