Broker – Tankers in Houston

Howe Robinson Partners is currently seeking an experienced and driven Broker to join our Tankers Desk at our Houston office. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' experience in the industry, a strong motivation for success, and a well-established network of chartering and owning clients.

• Experience in the VLCC & Suezmax markets, ensuring market knowledge and expertise.
• Work collaboratively with a dynamic team of brokers to expand the client base and identify new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing insights and updates through various communication channels and in-person meetings.
• Negotiate, facilitate, and close deals between counter parties, either independently or alongside team members.

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in tanker chartering/brokerage.
• Proven network of chartering/owning clients.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation abilities with a problem‑solving mindset.
• Self‑motivated and able to thrive in a fast‑paced, competitive environment.
