• Customer Interaction:
  Greet customers, conduct initial inspections, listen to concerns, document accurately, and provide explanations and recommendations.
• Service Coordination Schedule appointments, use workshop resources efficiently, prioritize repairs with technicians, and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
• Estimation and Quoting:
  Prepare accurate cost estimates for labor and parts, explain estimates to customers, and address any questions.
• Documentation and Administrative Tasks:
  Create and maintain service records, process invoices and payments, and manage warranty claims and paperwork.
• Technical Knowledge and Support:
  Stay updated on automotive technology and trends, provide basic technical advice when appropriate.

  Educate customers on maintenance, care requirements, and recommend preventive maintenance based on history and manufacturer guidelines.

• Proven experience as an Automotive Service Advisor or similar role.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in automotive systems and diagnostics.
• Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair processes.
• Ability to work well under pressure and resolve conflicts effectively.

• Familiarity with automotive service software and tools.
• Sales experience or ability to upsell services and products.

• Typically works in a dealership or automotive repair shop environment.
• May require occasional lifting of heavy objects and prolonged standing.
