Job Summary
We are hiring immediately for an on‑call Office Personnel Administrator to work onsite at Memorial Hermann – 7500 Beechnut Street, Houston, TX 77074. The position requires online application only. Scheduling is on‑call, primarily Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, with variable hours. Pay ranges from $17.50 to $18.50 per hour.
Responsibilities- Answer telephones, direct calls, take messages, and run errands.
- Prepare meeting agendas, attend meetings, and record/transcribe minutes.
- Make travel arrangements, manage calendars, and arrange appointments.
- Open and route incoming mail, answer correspondence, and prepare outgoing mail.
- Compile, copy, sort, and file records of office activities and business transactions.
- Complete and mail bills, contracts, policies, invoices, and checks.
- Operate office machines (photocopiers, scanners, facsimile machines, voicemail systems, and personal computers).
- Type, format, proofread, and edit correspondence, reports, and other documents.
- Review files, records, and other documents to obtain information for requests.
- Compute, record, and proofread data and other information.
- Process and prepare documents such as business or government forms and expense reports.
- Maintain and update filing, inventory, mailing, and database systems.
- Communicate with customers, employees, and others to answer questions, disseminate information, take orders, and address complaints.
- Collect, count, and disburse money; perform basic bookkeeping; complete banking transactions.
- Troubleshoot problems involving office equipment.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- 1+ year of experience in training support, administration, education, or a related field.
- Prior experience in training support, administration, education, or a related field is preferred.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred.
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
