Clayton Services is searching for an Executive Assistant to join a thriving company in Humble, Texas. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for supporting executive leadership, coordinating administrative operations, and assisting the sales and support teams to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Job Type: Temp-to-Hire
Pay Rate: $20.00 – $25.00/hour

- Answer and manage multiple phone lines, directing calls and resolving inquiries as appropriate
- Present company lease paperwork and required documentation to clients
- Follow up with clients to ensure documentation is completed in a timely manner
- Coordinate property and vendor lease agreements and required paperwork
- Follow up with vendors to ensure all agreements and documentation are finalized
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with apartment leasing staff and vendors
- Establish and maintain relationships with current and prospective clients
- Prepare status reports including activity updates, follow-ups, and completed transactions
- Identify and resolve client concerns through effective problem-solving and communication
- Conduct quality checks and follow-ups to ensure strong account service delivery
- Manage executive calendars and scheduling
- Assist executives in preparing materials and documentation for meetings
- Respond to emails and documentation requests on behalf of executives
- Draft presentations, meeting notes, and business documents for executive leadership
- Perform additional administrative and operational tasks as assigned

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple deadline-driven priorities simultaneously

- Professional interpersonal skills and strong work ethic
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer applications
- Ability to learn and follow standardized company procedures and processes
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience required
- Previous administrative, executive support, or office coordination experience preferred
- Experience managing multiple priorities in a professional office environment
- Customer service experience preferred
- Familiarity with apartment, real estate, or leasing industries is a plus
