PMG offers a rotational internship designed to give students exposure to multiple disciplines within the AEC industry. Interns will rotate through construction management, cost estimating and scheduling, marketing, administrative operations, and accounting. This program provides hands‑on project experience, mentorship from industry professionals, and a clear understanding of how a full‑service program/project management firm operates.

Key Responsibilities

Assist construction teams with field coordination, documentation, and project tracking.

Support estimators and schedulers with quantity takeoffs, data entry, and schedule updates.

Participate in marketing activities including proposal preparation, research, and content development.

Provide administrative support such as organizing project files, preparing reports, and assisting with office operations.

Shadow accounting personnel to learn invoicing, budgeting support, and financial tracking processes.

Attend internal meetings, support project managers, and complete assigned tasks within each rotation.

Contribute to a collaborative team environment while developing professional skills across all departments.

Qualifications

Currently pursuing a degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Strong interest in learning how large‑scale projects are planned, managed, and delivered.

Excellent communication, organization, and time‑management skills.

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with scheduling or estimating tools is a plus.

Eagerness to learn, adapt, and engage with multiple functional areas across the company.
