* Assist PM in gathering submittal information. Develop submittal log and notify PM of action items on submittal if needed. Submit as needed.
* Prepare and track, and file Project Subcontracts
* Support project team to expedite and order material deliveries as needed.
* Understand project billing process and schedule of values for assigned projects.
* Gather monthly documents required for submittal with Monthly invoicing.
* Support PM with Monthly Close Out Documentation
* Verify material tickets every week with correct item number and signatures.
* Maintain Subcontractor communications and relations
* Ensure subcontractors complete necessary invoicing documentation
* Attend/Host Progress meeting with Managers and Subcontractors
* Coordinate with Compliance Department for necessary documentation
* Obtain Permits
* Call in for locates
* Invoice Approval (Computer Ease Approvals)
* Review coding for accuracy
* Additional duties as assigned
