This role begins as a contract position with strong potential to convert to a permanent employee. Employees who transition to permanent receive excellent benefits, including fully paid health insurance and a generous holiday schedule.
This position is fully onsite in Northwest Houston.
Schedule:
Monday – Friday
Hours:
7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
- Answer and direct incoming calls to the main office line
- Take accurate messages and route calls to appropriate staff members
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and welcoming manner
- Provide general administrative support to internal teams
- Assist with travel reimbursements and purchase requisitions
- Help maintain organized office records and documentation
- Support additional administrative tasks as needed
- 2?3 years of recent Administrative Assistant or front desk experience
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to manage incoming calls and maintain professionalism in a busy office
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Dependable with strong attendance and professionalism
