Job SummaryWe are actively seeking an experienced Renewal Coordinator. They must be able to organize and coordinate office administration and procedures to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency. This role will report directly to the Renewal Manager. The ideal candidate will be experienced in handling a wide range of administrative and executive support related tasks and will be able to work independently with little supervision.
This person must be exceedingly well organized, flexible and enjoy the administrative challenges of supporting office and field personal alike.
- Execute delegated tasks related to ongoing operational processes
- Respond to all emails, text messages and voicemail inquiries in a timely and courteous manner
- Proactively contact residents regarding renewal offers and lease agreements
- Maintain accurate resident data and renewal records in Entrata (Validate contact information, review/discontinue recurring charges, etc.)
- Address resident questions and elevate complex issues when necessary
- Follow up on pending renewals to ensure timely closure
- Negotiate lease renewal terms with residents within set Company guidelines
- Accountable for maintaining department established performance metrics
- Flexible schedule for working overtime/weekends may be required
- Friendly and welcoming demeanor with the ability to maintain professionalism and a strong customer-focused demeanor with demanding clientele.
- Excellent time management skills, detail-orientation and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
- Strong decision‑making and problem‑solving skills, along with advanced conflict resolution skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills and proficient in English. Must be able to articulate needs and convey information verbally and in writing effectively with employees, customers, supervisors, and co‑workers throughout the organization.
- Knowledge of management methods and sound employee relations techniques with an ability to connect to staff, troubleshoot problems and help teams collaborate, as necessary.

- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- High School or GED
- 2+ years of sales experience, in related field (Property Management, Real Estate)
- Experience using Entrata preferred
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds
