Office Administrator/ Coordinator
Position Summary
The MRO Clerk is responsible for processing and entering purchase orders for indirect material purchases and service contracts. Analyze and produce metrics based upon spending trends. Define and issue process plans for department in this area of spend.

- Review and process purchase requisitions/purchase orders
- Supplier consolidation project management
- Resolve accounting discrepancies
- Identify and implement cost savings opportunities
- Perform additional purchasing projects and administrative duties as required
- Assist tool crib attendants as needed
- Perform additional projects/duties to support ongoing business needs.
- Works within well-defined instructions
- Uses established procedures and works under supervision to perform assigned tasks
- Work is closely supervised
- Strong knowledge and experience with MS Office – Excel, Word and Power Point
- Data Entry and high level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of MAPICS/AS400 preferred
- Ability to apply good judgement, strong work ethics and integrity on the job.
- 2 plus years of experience in data entry
- Previous experience working in a manufacturing environment is a plus
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
