We are partnered with a national law firm with a practice dedicated to the collection of delinquent government receivables. For over 40 years they have been providing customized collection programs for their public sector clientele. Located in Houston, they offer excellent training, benefits, and room for advancement.
This company is seeking a bilingual Receptionist to join their department and be the first point of contact for both employees and visitors. This is a fast‑paced, front‑facing role perfect for someone who is highly organized, personable, and enjoys supporting team operations. In addition to managing front desk duties, the Receptionist will assist with HR administrative functions, including onboarding. This position offers a consistent schedule, long‑term potential, and a welcoming work environment.
REWARDS- Hourly rate: $16/hour ($33,280 annually)
- Full‑time schedule: 7:45 am–5:00 pm, Monday–Friday

- Manage front desk operations including answering and directing calls
- Provide administrative support to the HR team, including onboarding coordination
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
- Handle sensitive information with discretion
- Support various HR and office‑related tasks as needed
