Qualifications
- High School Diploma with at least 3 years of document control management experience OR Bachelor’s Degree in a related field such as Engineering, Business Administration, Information Management, Quality Assurance, Human Resources, or another process- or compliance-focused discipline.
- Minimum: 2 years of experience in project document control management, Preferred: 3–5 years of document control experience within engineering, manufacturing, construction, or oilfield services environments.
- Strong attention to detail (mandatory).
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to analyze data and draw accurate conclusions.
- Ability to follow procedures with precision and consistency.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel.
- Deliver project documentation to field or plant operations on time and in accordance with company standards.
- Ensure safe, accurate, and timely delivery of documentation to internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage the flow of correspondence into and out of the organization through proper transmittals.
- Review and verify project documents for completeness, formatting, and compliance with contractual requirements.
- Ensure all outgoing documents are accurate, compliant with company standards and policies, and routed to the correct recipients.
- Protect and secure confidential and proprietary information.
- Develop and maintain strong internal and external customer relationships to gather service quality feedback and implement improvement strategies.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives related to documentation authoring, standards, methodologies, business systems, and publishing tools.
- Develop, sustain, and support required documentation systems, related business processes, and training materials.
- Train and support project participants in the use of document control tools and systems.
