A highly respected and growth-focused organization is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to partner directly with senior leadership. This is a high-impact position supporting executive priorities, driving operational clarity, and ensuring leadership focus remains on strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, anticipates needs before they arise, and operates with professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment.
Responsibilities- Act as a strategic right hand to senior leadership, ensuring alignment across key initiatives
- Manage complex calendars, optimize scheduling, and coordinate high-level meetings
- Prepare executive briefing materials, presentations, reports, and communications
- Draft internal and external correspondence on behalf of leadership
- Oversee travel logistics, expense reporting, and administrative workflows
- Track action items and key deliverables to ensure follow-through and accountability
- Support executive visibility efforts, including communications and digital presence
- Improve and streamline executive processes and meeting structures
Maintain organized digital filing systems and documentation workflows - Assist with vendor agreements, contracts, and related documentation
- Coordinate large-scale meetings and company-wide events
- Partner cross-functionally to ensure projects move forward efficiently
- Help leaders prioritize initiatives and maximize return on time and resources
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Project Management, or related field
- 5+ years supporting senior executives in a fast-moving organization
- Experience contributing to operations, finance, HR, or project initiatives is highly valued
- Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- High level of discretion when handling confidential information
- Comfortable operating autonomously while collaborating cross-functionally
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Experience with electronic document management systems preferred
