Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Salesforce Scheduler located in Houston, TX. The Salesforce Scheduler will be responsible for managing and optimizing the scheduling of resources, ensuring seamless service delivery. Responsibilities include monitoring and updating project schedules in Salesforce, troubleshooting scheduling conflicts, coordinating with team members to meet deadlines, and maintaining data accuracy and system updates within Salesforce. The Scheduler will collaborate with various departments to enhance operational efficiency and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
  • Strong Analytical Skills to assess and resolve scheduling conflicts effectively
  • Proficiency in Information Technology, with experience in Salesforce and related tools
  • Expertise in Technical Support and Troubleshooting within a scheduling or similar environment
  • Knowledge of Network Administration for maintaining system operations
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Familiarity with commercial building services or scheduling software is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience
