We are seeking for a polished, executive-level, highly organized, tech-savvy, proactive administrative professional who can independently support senior leadership in a fast-paced corporate environment and manage complex schedules, travel, communication, and special projects with discretion and confidence.
This is with our Direct Client.

Houston, TX (Hybrid – 3 Days Onsite Houston | 1 Day Freeport | Remote Fridays)
Duration - This is Long term (No end date)/permanent Job.
Pay rate - $35/hour on W2 - $40/hour on W2.
Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Administrative Specialist to provide high-level administrative and executive support to senior leadership in a fast-paced corporate environment. This role requires strong organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
The ideal candidate will be proactive, resourceful, and capable of managing complex schedules, travel arrangements, events, and executive communications.
Key Responsibilities- Provide specialized administrative support to senior leaders and teams
- Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and changing priorities
- Arrange domestic and international travel; prepare detailed itineraries
- Coordinate department meetings, workshops, and special events (including catering and visitor management)
- Take detailed meeting notes and prepare concise summaries with action items
- Compile, edit, and polish executive-level presentations (PowerPoint)
- Manage and review Travel & Expense Reports (TERs)
- Serve as a key administrative point of contact internally and externally
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Support leadership in prioritizing tasks and managing workflow
- Collaborate across teams to ensure smooth communication and coordination
- Supervise or delegate tasks to other administrative staff when required
- Minimum 5+ years of administrative or executive assistant experience
- Experience supporting senior leaders in a corporate environment
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
- Advanced calendar and time management skills
- Experience coordinating complex travel (domestic & international)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work onsite in both Houston and Freeport weekly
- Houston, TX – 3 days per week (Primary location)
- Remote Fridays (flexibility based on business needs)
