Mustang Cat is hiring a Service Billing Clerk to support billing operations for our Engine Field Service team. This role plays an important part in ensuring work orders, invoices, and warranty claims are processed accurately and efficiently while providing strong internal customer support.

What You'll Do as a Service Billing Clerk:

As a Service Billing Clerk, you'll support daily billing activities and ensure accuracy across work orders, invoices, and warranty documentation.

Responsibilities include:

• Review service work orders to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Process warranty claims and verify applicable warranty coverage
• Edit and update work order notes as needed
• Compare charges to quotes to ensure proper billing
• Add outside vendor charges to invoices
• Prepare and issue customer invoices in a timely manner
• Support additional administrative and billing tasks as assigned

What We're Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong customer service skills with a professional communication style
• Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented
• Strong computer skills with experience using Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and team-focused mindset
