This is a fantastic opportunity to join a luxury retail brand in the heart of the city centre supporting the MD and the wider board of Directors.
Typically, your day-to-day will involve:
- Providing extensive diary and email inbox management – ensuring all eventualities are managed professionally.
- Preparation of documents for meetings
- Preparation of reports
- All administration support, including presentations, minutes, documents and accounts/expenses/filing.
- Point of contact for all internal queries and managing response
- Organise travels, coordinate external events and travel & expenses for the Board of Directors
As with any senior-level EA position, it is expected that you have a flexible attitude and can react appropriately within a busy environment with a minimum of 5 years’ experience working at this level. Working with confidentiality is essential. You must have excellent Microsoft Office and strong communication skills.
