Innovative Tooling & Accessories (ITA) is an industrial service company specializing in the repair of electric, pneumatic, and hydraulic hand tools and the calibration of dimensional and torque measurement equipment. We support industrial, manufacturing, and energy‑sector customers who rely on accuracy, fast turnaround, and clear communication.
We operate in a structured, process‑driven environment which supports and maintains our ISO 17025 accreditation in our calibration laboratory.
We are seeking a highly organized, detail‑oriented Repair Coordinator to manage repair tickets from intake through invoicing and customer approval.
This is a fast‑paced role requiring strong data entry accuracy, customer communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple repair jobs simultaneously. This position also involves physical handling of incoming tools and equipment shipments.
The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, physically capable, and comfortable working in both an office and light warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities- Review incoming repair tickets and document service requirements
- Price and prepare accurate repair quotes
- Communicate with customers regarding approvals and repair status
- Follow up on outstanding quotes and pending jobs
- Coordinate with third‑party repair vendors
- Perform high‑volume data entry with strong attention to detail
- Assist with invoicing and job closeout
- Receive and inventory incoming shipments of tools and equipment
- Organize and stage tools for technicians
Work Environment Requirements
- Ability to lift and move tools, job boxes, and crates (up to 50+ lbs as needed)
- Ability to stand, bend, and move between office and shop areas throughout the day
- Comfortable working around industrial tools and equipment
- Ability to assist with unloading and organizing customer shipments
This is not a warehouse‑only position, but it does require hands‑on involvement with incoming equipment.
Required Qualifications- 2+ years administrative or service coordination experience
- Strong data entry skills with high accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast‑paced environment
- Strong problem‑solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
- Ability to learn ERP/service software quickly
- Dependable, organized, and detail‑oriented
