• Proven experience as a data entry clerk or in a similar administrative role
• Strong typing skills with a high level of accuracy (preferably 45-50 WPM or higher)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word) or Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets)
• The role requires a keen eye for detail, excellent typing skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Experience with specific data entry software or tools (e.g., Quick Books, CRM systems)
• Previous experience in a similar industry or role (e.g. finance, logistics, IT )
