A leading safety company in the South Houston area is seeking a Receptionist and HR Assistant to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity with competitive compensation and benefits, as well as a great work culture and room for growth. Staring compensation is $21 - $24/hour depending on experience. Monday - Friday, 8a - 5p, onsite.

Qualifications
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office
  • 1-3 years in a receptionist or administrative role in a corporate environment
Duties
  • Maintain confidentiality, professionalism, and courteous interactions while supporting HR events and employee engagement activities.
  • Greet visitors, manage calls, and keep the front desk, breakroom, and office supply areas organized and fully stocked.
  • Handle weekly timecards, process mail and packages, and provide broad administrative and HR support including scheduling, data entry, seating charts, calendars, and records management.
  • Coordinate birthday and holiday cards, assist with Safety Council training setup, and manage incoming faxes and other routine office tasks.
  • Run and distribute a variety of recurring operational and financial reports, ensuring accuracy across billing, active/inactive statuses, job costs, PO statuses, and liens/notices.
