A well-established professional services firm is seeking an Executive
Administrative Assistant to provide day-to-day administrative and clerical support to Partners and the office as a whole. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, dependable, and enjoys supporting a busy team by keeping schedules, documents, and communications running smoothly.
The Administrative Assistant will play an important role in maintaining office organization, assisting with client documentation, and supporting internal operations—particularly during peak business periods.
Salary + Additional Benefits:
- $55,000 - $75,000

Location: Houston, Texas 77024
Type of Position: Direct Hire
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to multiple Partners and the office team
- Coordinate calendars and schedule meetings as requested
- Prepare and format client documents, engagement letters, billing materials, and response letters
- Assist with phone, email, and in-person communications with clients and internal staff
- Prepare Power of Attorney documentation and assist with compliance-related filings
- Print, organize, and distribute documents for meetings and client engagements
- Schedule domestic travel and flights for Partners when needed
- Assist with preparing and processing partner billing
- Utilize Safe Send to distribute documents for client signatures
- Support client meetings through document preparation and basic note taking
- Maintain organized records and ensure files and materials are up to date
- Assist with general office coordination and administrative needs as they arise
Requirements:
- 10+ years of administrative or office support experience, ideally within accounting, legal, or professional services
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field, preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; comfortable learning new systems and software
- Exceptionally organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities and shifting demands
- Mature, confident, and professional presence
- Team-oriented, adaptable, and service-minded
- Discreet and trustworthy, confidentiality is essential
- Calm under pressure with a “get it done” attitude
