Manage communication of project plans, risks, issues, and progress through meetings, reports, and correspondence.
Assist Project Manager with administrative tasks, including scheduling, project logs, and bid/proposal processes.
Coordinate and document project meetings, including recording minutes and tracking action items.
Support project closeout activities and ensure proper control of technical documentation.
Distribute and track project-related technical and administrative documentation.

What You Bring
A minimum of 2 years of construction management, estimating, or construction administration experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Project) Experience working with Procore Strong written and oral communication skills Ability to identify and solve problems before they escalate, and anticipate future needs
Extreme attention to detail
