** Position Summary*
* We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented individual with a sense of urgency to join our team as a Corporate Accounts Payable Production Assistant. In this role, you will manage check production, document processing, and mailroom operations to ensure smooth and efficient financial workflows.

** Key Responsibilities*
* ** Check Production*
* + Prepare, print, and process checks for disbursement.

+ Ensure accuracy and timely completion of check runs for Corporate Accounts Payable teams

+ Perform quality control checks on all printed checks before distribution.

** Document Management*
* + Collect, sort, prepare, and scan documents related to financial transactions.

+ Label and enter documents into the system, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

+ Perform post-scanning quality checks and file original records securely.

+ Properly dispose of confidential documents in accordance with company policy.

** Mailroom Operations*
* + Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages

+ Prepare and process outgoing mail and assist with returned or unclaimed mail.

+ Vendor & Inventory Management

+  
** Maintain relationships with courier services (UPS, USPS, Fed Ex).*
* + Track mail and invoicing using Excel or other tools.

+ Order and maintain office supplies and stockroom inventory.

+ Replace toner in printers and copiers and manage service requests with equipment vendors.

** Other Duties*
* + Provide coverage for other business service functions as needed.

+ Maintain a clean desk policy and secure environment.

** Qualifications*
* + High School diploma required.

+ 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.

+ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).

+ Ability to learn new software quickly.

+ Strong organizational and communication skills with keen attention to detail.

+ Comfortable with light physical activity, including lifting up to 25 lbs. occasionally.

+ Regular, predictable attendance is essential.

+ Positive attitude and commitment to delivering premier service.
