Position Summary
The Sr. Legal Marketing Coordinator will provide firmwide support across a range of marketing, business development, and communications initiatives focused on elevating the firm's brand in all markets.
The ideal candidate is a proactive, highly organized professional with exceptional attention to detail and sound judgment. This individual works efficiently in a fast-paced environment, takes full ownership of assignments, and retains and applies information quickly. They anticipate needs, ask thoughtful questions, and exercise discretion when handling complex or time-sensitive work.

This position requires prior knowledge of—or the ability to quickly master—role-specific tools, including Site Pilot (website update portal),
Linked In (social media posts), and Net Docs/SharePoint (document management). A strong commitment to maintaining an accurate, updated, and logical electronic filing system is required.
The role will work directly with the Marketing Committee to prioritize and support the needs of the firm and its attorneys.
Duties & Responsibilities- Work closely with the Marketing Committee to prioritize and support attorney needs
- Serve as the primary point of contact for day-to-day marketing, communications, and business development requests
- Onboard new attorneys and staff with role-appropriate information (Linked In, website, photos)
- Develop a strong understanding of the firm, its practices, and offices firmwide, and offer insights based on that knowledge
- Draft, edit, and distribute marketing materials, including newsletters, biographies, seminar materials, client updates, website content, and other client communications
- Proactively manage accurate and segmented mailing lists
- Prepare pitches and RFPs, including company and competitive research and analysis, in coordination with attorneys
- Plan, organize, and host events, managing all aspects including:
- Concept and agenda development with attorneys
- Contracting and coordination with facilities
- Catering arrangements
- Event-specific mailing lists
- Drafting invitations, sending and tracking RSVPs
- Draft and post Linked In social media content, including targeted copy and coordination with firm graphics
- Coordinate onboarding with HR and prepare welcome materials for new attorneys, paralegals, and nurse consultants (headshots, bios, announcements, postings)
- Ensure website content, attorney biographies, and trial lists are current and updated as needed
- Assist with and manage a variety of short- and long-term projects and attorney requests
- Manage the CLE/CE process for external client-facing events
- Manage the SWAG program and inventory, including vendor coordination and collaboration with graphic designers
- Savvy, high-energy self-starter and team player
- Ability to accept direction and work independently
- Strong organizational and project management skills, including Excel
- Excellent prioritization and time-management skills
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills

- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact with all levels of personnel and external clients
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Bachelor’s degree required
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with Site Pilot, Compass, Radar/Photoshop, Adobe Acrobat, and basic HTML
- Marketing experience at a law firm or professional services firm is required
