• Assist staff and committee members at the customer service window
• Help committee members and staff with copier equipment malfunctions
• Scan all incoming freight using a shipping/receiving computer software program, deliver to recipients, and get delivery signature
• Assist with sorting and delivery of incoming mail; sort, stamp, and tray outgoing mail; process Fed Ex packages; issue office supplies; arrange courier pickups and route incoming couriers; unpack new office supply orders; faxing and running errands around the complex. May include occasional offsite trips to the Post Office
• Assist with distribution and repair of copiers and faxes in the stadium, arena, and center
• Assist with distribution of office supplies and general administrative duties
• Organize and maintain the Lost & Found items and log
• Other duties as assigned

• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, on phone, by email, and in person required.
• Knowledge of the operation and maintenance of office equipment is helpful.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50lbs.
• Must have a current, valid Texas Driver’s license.
• Hours for this position are Monday through Friday from 9:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. schedule flexibility is required.
