The primary purpose of this position is to:
Research and respond to taxpayer inquiries, identify and research issues and draft documents

Essential Functions:

Review files for sale.

Prepare request for Abstract of Judgment

Set up payment arrangements

Scan and upload sale cancellations and receipts into Oracle.

Handling of Post Judgment Main Line calls

Make collection efforts on delinquent accounts to obtain better collection.

Send out collection letters.

Process in office/over the phone payments for taxpayers.

Back up assistance in post judgment payoff/release.

Occasionally may perform other duties within the scope of the job such as customer service, client reporting, or task related to departmental

Describe the Physical Demands & Work Environment

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit and talk or hear.

The employee is occasionally required to walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; and reach with hands and arms.

The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 - 20 pounds.

Specific vision ability is required to adjust focus.
