Overview

Duration: 12 month contract with possible extension or conversion to permanent placement

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Employees in this role will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package starting on day one of employment, including options for medical, dental, and vision insurance. Eligibility to enroll in the 401(k) retirement plan begins after 90 days of employment. Additionally, employees in this role will have access to paid sick leave and other paid time off benefits as required under the applicable law of the worksite location.

Responsibilities
  • Organize office procedures and maintain filing systems
  • Manage supply requisitions
  • Coordinate onboarding logistics and recruiting support
  • Serve as the primary liaison for insurance compliance by collecting and uploading critical documents
  • Plan team and office events
  • Manage vendor relationships
  • Collaborate with leadership on budget approvals
  • Handle kitchen upkeep and restock supplies
  • Maintain training logs
  • Arrange travel accommodations
  • Oversee security systems and visitor access
  • Answer phones and distribute mail
  • Process payroll and personnel changes
  • Manage expenses and perform light accounting
