As the Executive Assistant, you will provide direct support to the CEO and President. This Executive Administrative Assistant role supports senior leadership and is ideal for someone who excels at calendar management, travel coordination, executive communication, and anticipating priorities in a fast‑paced environment. Essential Responsibilities- Provide executive support to the CEO and President, including complex calendar management and scheduling
- Coordinate executive travel arrangements, itineraries, and logistics
- Manage and prioritize executive email inboxes and communications
- Schedule and coordinate executive meetings, site visits, and leadership events
- Host visitors and executives with a professional, hospitality‑driven approach
- Anticipate needs, manage shifting priorities, and think quickly in real time
- Handle confidential information with discretion, judgment, and professionalism
- Support special projects and evolving administrative and operational needs
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; articulate and polished
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced executive environment
- Sound judgement, discretion, and decision‑making skills
- Hospitality, Communications or Administrative background preferred
- Experience with executive calendar management, inbox management, meeting planning and travel coordination
- Coachable, proactive and adaptable with a growth‑oriented mindset
- Consistent and reliable attendance is essential for all Belmont Village employees to ensure the successful operation of the business
