Hunton Trane, a division of the Hunton Group (), has a new and exciting opportunity for you to join our organization as an Administrative Assistant. Selected candidate will be responsible for procurement, job costing, customer invoicing, and administrative support to Industrial team. Selected individual will also be required to closely interact with Project Managers, internal and external customers to ensure the timely completion of each project.

Responsibilities:

* Follow established standard work and processes, utilizing several enterprise systems.

* Attend project meetings, act as scribe, and disseminate meeting minutes to all parties in attendance.

* Manage procurement processes with guidance from Program Manager and Project Manager, handle material ordering/tracking.

* Coordinate with warehouse associate to ensure material is processed correctly and in accordance with material received.

* With guidance from the Program Manager, create onboarding procedures and documentation for new team members. Lead the onboarding efforts.

* Manage timesheets and work hour approvals administratively

* Facilitate the setup of new vendors and subcontractors via standard accounting and safety procedures.

* Attend weekly manpower meetings, assist Program Manager and Project Managers with scheduling and dissemination of information.

* Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

* Must have strong communication skills, proactive approach with willingness to work independently as well as part of a team.

* Demonstrated ability to perform tasks such as problem solving, decision making, rational thinking, and exercising good judgement.

* Experience prioritizing tasks in order to meet tight deadlines within a fast-paced environment.

* Possess a valid Texas driver's license

* Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug test.

Education and/or

Experience:

* High School diploma or GED.

* Up to two (2) years of related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
