Job Description
The Administrative Support Worker assists management with administrative tasks such as ordering, data entry, filing, and supplies. The role requires professional interactions with customers, visitors, and employees in a welcoming and cheerful manner. Essential functions may vary by location based on client requirements and business needs.
Job Responsibilities- Perform administrative functions including distributing mail, ordering supplies, answering phones, and greeting visitors.
- Assist unit management with clerical tasks related to accounting, payroll, receiving, and human resources such as filing, data entry, record review, and maintenance.
- Greet customers, clients, and employees; answer inquiries or direct calls where necessary.
- Maintain office memos and informative postings.
- Operate technology, systems, and software such as voicemail systems, copy/scanners, personal computers, and MS Office.
- Prior administrative experience preferred.
- Solid understanding of Microsoft applications including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Requires frequent performance of repetitive motions with hands and/or arms.
