Description We are looking for a dedicated Administrative Assistant to join our team in Houston, Texas. This is a long-term contract position that offers the opportunity to grow within the commercial real estate industry. The ideal candidate will start by handling administrative responsibilities and gradually take on property management tasks under the guidance of an experienced mentor, with potential for future promotion.

Responsibilities:

- Perform daily administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments and managing calendars.

- Communicate effectively with tenants and vendors to address inquiries or issues.

- Assist with rent collection processes and ensure timely payments.

- Code and process invoices accurately while maintaining organized financial records.

- Track and log utilities, sales reports, and insurance certificates to ensure compliance.

- Manage digital file organization and ensure all records are up-to-date.

- Support property management activities for smaller properties under supervision.

- Collaborate with team members to adapt to both traditional and modern work methods.

- Provide excellent customer service and maintain clear, attentive communication.

- Contribute to team projects and demonstrate eagerness to learn and grow. Requirements - Proven experience in administrative assistance, preferably within commercial real estate.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word for efficient task management.

- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

- Ability to handle pressure and maintain patience in challenging situations.

- A proactive attitude and willingness to develop new skills.

- Team-oriented mindset to work collaboratively with diverse colleagues.

- Familiarity with scheduling, rent collection, and invoice coding is an advantage. Talent Match®
