Right of Way Analyst; Records

Position Summary:

The Right of Way Analyst, Records supports the Land & Right-of-Way (ROW) Records Department in all aspects of land records management, including the preparation, analysis, maintenance, data input, processing, and storage of both new and legacy documents, agreements, and rental obligations.

This role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a collaborative environment. This role reports directly to the ROW Manager.

• Analyze, prepare, and input new documentation and agreements (leases, easements, permits, and rights of way) into the company database "ROWDMAP."
• Assist Land & ROW team members with project and day-to-day records research.
• Review, analyze, and process new contractual land and right of way agreements and documents.
• Receive, prepare, submit, and track land and ROW agreements and documents for recording.
• Enter and maintain electronic records (documents and images) in company databases.
• Perform general administrative duties including typing, copying, filing, and scanning.
• Support team members in ad hoc tasks and projects as assigned.
