Responsibilities
• Conduct warranty labor rate increase submissions and manage required follow-up.
• Build reports, analyze data, and prepare summary insights for leadership review.
• Reconcile accounting schedules, with a strong emphasis on Extended Warranty schedules.
• Assist the Senior Manager with administrative duties, coordination, and workflow support.
• Ensure all records, documentation, and activities meet Shared Services Center standards and procedural requirements.
• Demonstrate a positive attitude and strong teamwork mindset when collaborating with internal partners.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support efficient Shared Services Center operations.
Requirements
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet timelines in a high-volume environment.
• Outstanding attention to detail and accuracy.
• Solid communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Experience with CDK or similar DMS platforms is a plus.
• Prior administrative, accounting, or analytical experience preferred.
