Role SummaryAs a Merchandise Coordinator, you support the Merchandising Team with administrative and operational tasks to maintain accurate purchasing and inventory details of new and existing items, ensuring a consistent delivery flow of quality merchandise for stores and online sales. You manage purchase order and item record information within the internal data system and collaborate with internal and external partners to facilitate efficient operations.

The Role
- Serve as the key contact for vendor partners, ensuring purchase orders are current, accurate, and shipped within approved windows.
- Set up and maintain items in Net Suite.
- Enter and update purchase orders with up‑to‑date information.
- Communicate with vendor partners to track shipping progress.
- Verify data for items and purchase orders against source documents and business partners.
- Ensure vendor and retail costs are updated and meet markup expectations set by Merchandising.
- Maintain current vendor contact information.
- Perform various administrative duties as assigned by the Merchandising team.
- Problem‑solving attitude with an eye for detail.
- Ability to multi‑task and prioritize workload in a fast‑paced, frequently changing environment while remaining detailed and organized.
- Self‑motivated with a strong sense of urgency and able to work independently and collaboratively.
- Adaptability to fast‑paced directions and instructions.

- Prior merchandising and/or corporate retail experience preferred.
