Position Summary
The EHS Administrative Assistant provides internal and external support by answering questions, completing administrative tasks, and supporting in a timely, efficient manner.
Job Responsibilities- Provide high-level internal and external customer service by answering questions, completing administrative tasks and supporting in a timely, efficient manner
- Assist with provisioning and setting up employees in various systems
- Maintain online systems and databases (updating employee lists, fleet information, documentation, etc.)
- Coordinate events (finding and booking event locations, ordering food, etc.)
- Process H&S Prequalification forms
- Assist with documentation: edit and proofread content for grammar, spelling, punctuation, clarity, and adherence to company style guidelines
- Excellent business partnering and interpersonal skills; establish rapport with individuals from diverse backgrounds and experience
- Flexible and innovative; bring a positive, high-energy attitude with strong customer service skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; tailor communication style with all levels in the organization
- Other administrative duties as assigned
- Post-secondary diploma or administrative experience preferred
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively and execute project-related tasks
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated customer service experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently, organize, plan, and prioritize work
- Problem solving skills
- Comfortable with change and thrive in a dynamic environment, adapt quickly
Travel: up to 25% Travel - primarily regional with nationwide travel as needed.
Physical Demands:
Occasional lifting up to 25 lbs. Position requires completing computer and phone work.
