We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide direct support to the C‑Suite for a client of ours near the Galleria on a temp to hire basis
. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, excels at managing priorities, and enjoys working across multiple departments.

Base pay range

$70,000.00/yr - $85,000.00/yr

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the C‑Suite's calendar, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Coordinate communication between the CEO and internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders.
  • Oversee project timelines, ensuring deliverables are completed accurately and on schedule.
  • Review and prepare documents for completeness and quality before executive approval.
  • Participate in meetings and contribute to discussions with relevant insights.
  • Represent the organization at industry events when required.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or equivalent experience.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (verbal and written).
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently while collaborating effectively.
