What we ask of you

The Office Manager is responsible for managing Agapes daily business operations, including IT, Facilities, Vehicles, and Software Management, with the primary responsibility of assisting the Operation and Accounting Manager. This job requires high detail and organizational skills with the ability to problem solve and to self-manage. The Office Manager must be the face of the Administrative team, they are responsible to create a welcoming environment for the Agape staff and to fulfill day-to-day needs of the office.

  • Facility & Vehicle Management (Utilities, Cleaning, Procurement)
  • Onboarding new employees.
