• Undergraduate degree in Accounting or Finance.
• CPA certification or progress toward it preferred.
• At least 3 years of relevant technical/strategic accounting experience.
• Two busy seasons in external audit with a Big 4 or large CPA firm required.
• Strongly preferred: one busy season as a Senior in external audit with a Big 4 or large CPA firm.
• Experience in corporate accounting or finance at a large public company is a plus but not required.
• Excellent analytical, technical, and auditing skills, including proficiency in U.S. GAAP and FASB standards.
• Strong computer skills; advanced Excel skills (macros, pivot tables) desirable.
• Demonstrated career progression and stability.

Experience in large firms or a mix of Big 4 and private industry backgrounds.
