Internal Audit Manager

UNITY Search has partnered with a global technology organization experiencing significant growth through both acquisitions and organic expansion to identify an Internal Audit Manager. This role will report directly to the VP of Internal Audit and play a key role in strengthening the company’s internal audit and governance infrastructure.

The organization is in the process of bringing previously outsourced audit and control functions in-house, creating an opportunity for someone who enjoys building processes, designing internal controls, and helping scale an audit function in a high-growth environment.

• Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance or related field
• CPA or CIA highly preferred
• 7+ years of audit experience with at least 2+ years in a leadership or manager capacity
• Combination of public accounting and industry preferred
• Strong experience with SOX compliance, internal controls, and operational auditing
• Familiarity with COSO framework, risk assessment, and governance processes
• 
  
  Experience with audit and reporting tools such as Audit Board, Workiva, Power
  
  BI, or similar platforms
• Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills

The role is on‑site four days and is in NW Houston. Salary range is $150-165K.
