Staff Accountant

• Work directly with operations, project managers, and leadership to ensure accurate financial reporting

• Lead month‑end and year‑end close processes, including journal entry preparation and account reconciliations
• Prepare, review, and post complex journal entries in accordance with GAAP
• Perform monthly balance sheet and general ledger reconciliations; investigate and resolve variances
• Support job‑cost and project accounting, including cost tracking, spending, and allocations
• Assist in accounts payable and accounts receivable functions (Acumatica experience is a plus)
• Prepare schedules, documentation, and support materials for internal and external audits

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred)
• 2+ years of progressive accounting experience, ideally in construction, manufacturing, or industrial services
• Strong background in job costing and project accounting
• Experience supporting audits and financial reviews
• Advanced Excel capabilities (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, data analysis)
• Familiarity with ERP/accounting systems;
  Acumatica preferred
