Accounting Manager

Full-Time | Energy / Infrastructure | Up to 25% Travel

We’re seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to lead full-cycle accounting and reporting for a growing, multi-entity energy organization focused on RNG, LNG, and CNG infrastructure
.

This is a hands-on leadership role supporting month-end close, financial reporting, audits, and process improvement while managing and developing an accounting team. The role reports to the VP of Accounting and partners closely with leadership.

• Own month-end close and financial reporting for multiple entities
• Lead and develop accounting staff (A/R, Fixed Assets, Treasury, GL)
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts
• Ensure compliance with GAAP
  , internal controls, and audit requirements
• Manage reconciliations, intercompany accounting, and sales tax compliance
• Improve accounting processes and leverage ERP and reporting systems

• Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
• 5+ years in Accounting Manager or Senior Accountant roles with direct reports
• Experience in Energy, Oil & Gas, or industrial environments
• Strong GAAP knowledge and audit experience
• ERP experience required;
  Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Business Central preferred
• Advanced Excel and strong communication skills
