Senior Accountant

Tarvos Talent is partnering with a client to search for a Senior Accountant for their West Houston office. • Own balance sheet reconciliations and ensure accuracy across all financial statements.
• Lead month-end and quarterly close processes with precision and timeliness.
• Apply strong technical accounting knowledge to support complex GAAP reporting requirements.
• Partner across departments to assist with accounting infrastructure and system upgrades.
• Contribute to ad hoc financial projects and analyses as needed.

• 4+ years accounting experience, CPA and public accounting background preferred.
• Strong GAAP knowledge with hands‑on financial reporting and close ownership.
• Comfortable in ambiguity with a “dig in and figure it out” mindset.
• Detail-oriented, self-sufficient, and effective communicator across teams.
