The ideal candidate will be responsible for timely and accurate preparation of financial accounting data in a variety of areas. It is essential that this candidate brings analytical and organizational skills in order to best support the accounting team.
Responsibilities- Oversee the AR & AP activities.
- Perform month-end close procedures, including journal entries, accruals and prepaids.
- Support inventory accounting, including understanding bill of materials, raw materials, finished goods and work-in-process inventories.
- Work closely with the department heads to understand and ensure accuracy of all financial reporting activity.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Accounting
- 3+ years' experience in accounting
- Must have Accounting experience in a Manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of inventory flows, bill of materials, manufacturing accounting
