The Staff Accountant for Cooper/Ports America will be responsible for day-to-day accounting support, including but not limited to:
job costs, reconciliations, reporting, statistics, analysis of operating results and assisting AR, AP, & billing staff, as needed. The role will also be involved in periodic financial planning and budgeting, including modeling and forecasts. This highly visible position supports the Controller and key operational leaders of various business units. The position requires the drive to provide high quality, accurate, work products within tight time frames.
The ideal candidate will appreciate working in a small office environment and should be a flexible team-player with a desire to learn a unique international industry and apply critical thinking in order to support the accounting department and leadership.
