• Lead month‑end close, journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and audit processes
• Partner cross‑functionally to ensure project financial accuracy
• Contribute to ERP optimisation and process improvements
• Clear progression pathway

• 5+ years accounting experience
• Strong US GAAP knowledge
• Experience in fast‑paced, project‑based, or high‑growth environments
