Responsibilities
Preparing and reviewing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP.Managing accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate processing.Recording and reviewing journal entries and account reconciliations.Overseeing the maintenance and reconciliation of fixed assets.Assisting with M&A activities, including due diligence and integration.Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.Collaborating with internal and external auditors to ensure successful audit results and compliance.Participating in various ad‑hoc projects as needed.Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.A minimum of 3 years of progressive accounting experience.Comprehensive knowledge of GAAP.Proven experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, journal entries, and financial statements.Experience with fixed assets management.M&A experience is highly desirable, but not essential.Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to work in a fast‑paced, ever‑changing environment.Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.This is an exceptional opportunity to join a vibrant team and contribute to the financial success of our company.
