Accounting Services Associate

The Accounting Services Associate will be responsible for the timely and accurate completion of periodic accounting processes and the preparation of financial statements for multiple clients across a wide variety of industries. Routine tasks include recording transactional activity (bank account entries, fixed‑asset set‑up, and other recurring entries), account reconciliations, balance‑sheet review and analysis, and P&L review and analysis. The role also involves project management experience, as the associate will manage multiple engagements simultaneously with competing deadlines and separate teams for each.

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting
• Preference given to candidates with a CPA license, or plans to obtain one
• 2‑3 years of experience in audit and/or with month‑end close
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Working knowledge of the full accounting cycle, including transactional and GL accounting up through month‑end close and reporting

• Experience working with accounting software, preferably Quickbooks Online, Sage Intacct, or Net Suite
