south houston/clear lake area company is in need of an accounts payable specialist on a temp-to-hire basis. This is a 100% in office role and pays $25-28/hr.

responsibilities:

fully-cycle accounts payable

3-way matching

intercompany reconciliation

vendor statement reconciliations

handle vendor inquiries and discrepancies

qualifications:

5+ years of recent full cycle accounts payable experience (must have handled the full cycle process from receiving invoices to check runs/cutting checks)

strong excel skills (vlookups/pivot tables/formulas)

strong analytical skills
