Full Charge Bookkeeper

We are seeking a Full-Charge Bookkeeper to oversee day-to-day accounting operations while also supporting HR administration and payroll. This is a critical, hands‑on role ideal for someone who enjoys owning the full financial picture of a business and partnering closely with leadership.

• Manage full-cycle bookkeeping (AP, AR, GL, reconciliations)
• Oversee month‑end close and prepare financial reports
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance
• Assist with budgeting and cash flow tracking
• Coordinate with external CPA for tax filings and year‑end

• Process payroll (weekly/biweekly)
• Manage employee onboarding and offboarding paperwork
• Maintain benefits administration and employee records
• Support compliance with labor laws and HR policies
• Assist leadership with employee documentation and reporting

• 5+ years of full-charge bookkeeping experience
• Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting
• Experience processing payroll and handling HR administration
• Proficiency in accounting software (Quick Books or similar)
